Return And Refund Policy

WhiteGrey creates made-to-order and customized crystal bracelet compositions. Return and refund handling depends on the stage of the order.

Private Atelier Reservation

The USD 20 Private Atelier Reservation covers the initial design review, symbolic Five Elements direction, palette planning, and layout preparation. Once review work has started, the reservation is normally non-refundable. If the review has not started, customers may contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

Custom Bracelet Orders

Custom bracelets are made according to the approved layout, wrist size, selected beads, materials, and accents. Finished custom bracelets are generally not eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, materially different from the approved layout, or incorrect due to our error.

Finished Bracelet Orders

If a finished, non-custom bracelet is sold as an available product, customers may request a return within 7 days after delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or transit damage.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue. We will review the case and may offer repair, replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
