Shipping Policy

WhiteGrey prepares each order through a private atelier process. Processing time depends on whether the order is a reservation, a custom bracelet, or an available finished bracelet.

Processing Time

Private Atelier Reservation: the initial design review normally begins within 2-5 business days after payment and receipt of the required information.

Custom Bracelet: custom production time depends on bead availability, design confirmation, and final approval. A typical custom bracelet may require 7-21 business days before shipping after the final layout and quote are confirmed.

Finished Bracelet: available finished bracelets normally ship within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping

WhiteGrey may ship to selected international regions. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Estimated delivery time: United States and Europe usually 7-20 business days after dispatch. Hong Kong and Macau usually 3-10 business days after dispatch. Other regions will be confirmed before shipment when needed.

Customs, Duties, And Taxes

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or local charges required by their country or region.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. WhiteGrey is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be shared after dispatch.
